I'm the leader.  Got that? You got a problem with that then you can leave.  What I say goes, and if you don't follow my orders you WILL be evicted.  If you put me in your stories, you'd better get the personality right. I suggest you ask first because I do read all stories before they are posted.

Make sure your Newsie Name is not already taken.  Someone else have the name you want?  I'm sorry that's just too bad.   Check out the Union Writers Resource to make sure your name is not already taken.  If that site doesn't work (I don't even know if it's running anymore), then just check out the people on this site as well as the people in their stories.  If you'd like to become one of the characters in a story you've read on this site, ask me and I'll put you in touch with the writer.

If you put other members in your stories, make sure you follow the personality in which they wish to be percieved.

Respect all members of this Lodgin' House.  I do not care if you don't like someone, but you WILL respect them.  If I find out about any fighting in this house there will be very serious emails sent out and possibly eviction. You can put in a story that you don't get along with them, but no killing please, unless of course that person is planning on leaving, then by all mean, GO FOR IT!

Keep it Clean.  This pretty much speaks for itself...I don't want my house messy. Don't make the stories TOO extreme...no NC-17 pornos.

If you have a problem with another newsie and no longer want them to be apart if this Lodging House, email me with exact reasons why you want them evicted.  It also helps if other members share your feelings.
