Is there a story behind your nickname? ::a fairly pretty girl sitting on an old couch in the lodging house entry smiles largely:: I love goin' to da theaters on Broadway, but can rarely afford it now.  I used to go all the time with my folks.  I wanna start auditioning there as soon as I'm old enough, but right now I'm just sellin' papes an' enjoyin life.

Im blind as a bat so describe yer looks: ::she jumps up in an enthusiastic way:: like dis! ::you notice her typical newsie summer dress...a white button tshirt and brown pants with red suspenders:: haha. i've got light brown hair that goes down almost over my chest...at least thats the goal! ::she does a little dance that makes you laugh. you realize that you lucked out by having a very annimated leader:: in the sun it looks a lot more red though. anyways...i'se gots icy blue/gray-ish eyes, i'm about 5'1 and weigh probly about 115-120. i ain't really sure. but i do know that if i was any skinnier i'd look anorexic! ::she finishes her description and sits back down::

So how would you'se describe yer personality: well ::she proceeds to sit up a little straighter:: I'se is really outgoing and i'm laughing all da time. ::you'd think she was italian by how much she uses her hands while she talks:: i'm definately an easy goin person but i can be serious when i need to be. i'm trustworthy, loyal, all dat good stuff. and i can take care of myself. i may be small but i can fight with the best of dem. i'm really big on self-sufficiency too...i don't like to take care of people, but if ya get into a jam i'll be dere. i guess da only really bad side of me is when i'm in a bad mood. sometimes its cuz i'm tired, sometimes its just a mood swing...but i can become really rude and kinda scary...at least thats wat dey tell me...so sorry in advance 'bout dat.

You carry any weapons? ::reaching in her pockets she pulls out her weapons of choice:: a sling-shot and a pocket knife. da sling shot gets annoyin to carry around sometimes though, but i don't go anywhere without my knife. ::she sets her sling-shot next to her on the couch and starts to absentmindedly play with the knife::

You got a history? ::taking in a deep breathe she doesn't seem to mind talking about her past, but doesn't seem too thrilled about it either:: well...i've been around. ya know, here and there, not really stopping. i lived in the upper west side, then boston, the lower east side, then brooklyn for a couple months, then BACK to LES and now i'm here. ::so THATS where her accents from! you begin to recognize the slightness of boston in her accent::

What about any family? dead...in a fire. ::yes its a blunt answer but she doesn't seem to want to talk about it. she quickly realizes your questioning look:: i had both parents and a twin brother. when i lived in boston i was with my aunt, uncle, and cousin. but then my aunt and uncle died in another fire and i decided to move back here. my cousin moved in with a friend though. ::she seems hurt, yet still smiles and shrugs her shoulders:: watcha gonna do?

Anyone searching for you? Do we need any security percautions? ::putting her tough face on and crossing her arms she stares you down:: I'se da leada. I can take care of meself. ::she laughs and returns to her normal self:: nah i'se good. no ones lookin for me as far as i know! besides...I'se got connections.

Im assuming you have friends...Who are they? people. manhattan people mostly. ::you watch as she begins to ponders over friendships and continues to just name them:: gots lotsa friends on the Lower East Side. Plus I'se friends with other leaders. Conlons a good friend too.

You dating anyone, or got a crush? ::with a heavy sigh she looks towards the floor with a dissapointed face:: its hard ta be a leadah and have a guy. ::she looks up from her hands with a smirk:: i gotta admit though...race is pretty good lookin if ya know wat i mean?!

Do you drink smoke or gamble? ::looking somewhat ashamed, she smiles:: i gamble a lot! but thats how i met race so yay for me! ::she giggles a lil and looks around in a dreamy sort of way:: and...i drink some. mostly on special occasions...i don't like getting drunk and losing control. doesn't set a good example as the leadah. i don't really like cigarettes...but ppl can smoke them if they want, but not in the house. though i must say...i do enjoy the occasional cigar.

Any special talents? well obviously i sing and dance...hence da name. ::she laughs a little and continues to think:: um...i'm good at poker...and lying...which is why i'se good at poker!
